A licensed, properly run casino holds a licence from a gambling regulator, names the company that operates it, gives players a complaints route that can end with an independent body, and sets out how and when it pays out. This hub applies those four tests to every casino we have checked and links each one to its own check page. Where a licence comes from decides which regulator and which complaints route apply, so the table below puts it first.

Every casino we have checked

Each row gives the regulator and licence number, the register status and the outside body that handles unresolved complaints.

What each check covers

Our research desk tests casinos and checks every entry here against the casino's own pages and the register before it is listed. The method is set out in full on How we check a casino.

  1. Licence and register status. The Gambling Commission publishes a public register of licensed gambling businesses that anyone can search and download, and it separately publishes the regulatory actions taken against licensees. An entry can be Active, Inactive or marked White Label, so the licence number and the licensee's name matter as much as the brand name on the site. A licence from another authority, such as Anjouan Gaming, is read on that authority's own list. GAMSTOP lets a player self-exclude from online operators with one request. The responsible gambling page covers the tools that do exist.
  2. The company behind it. A brand name is not a legal entity, so this check names the company that runs the casino, where it is incorporated and its company number. Most of the operators here are incorporated in Malta or Gibraltar, and several belong to larger groups such as FDJ UNITED, Bally's Corporation and Flutter Entertainment plc. Knowing the company tells a player who holds the licence and who answers a complaint.
  3. Where a complaint goes. The Gambling Commission does not resolve complaints about gambling transactions, so the first step is always the casino's own complaints process, and the free tool Resolver can help a player submit one. A player who is not satisfied with the result can take the complaint to an alternative dispute resolution provider after 8 weeks. That service is free and independent, and the casino should say which one to use. A provider will not accept complaints about customer service or about a casino's refusal to accept a bet.
  4. Payout terms. This check records how long a withdrawal can take, how long it sits pending, the smallest and largest amounts, fees and the identity checks that can hold a payment. Verification can delay a withdrawal until it is complete, so the rules on documents belong to the same check.

Welcome offers come in three forms. Casumo, Betninja and Wino lead with a match on deposits, and Betninja and Wino spread theirs over several deposits. 7Bet, 32Red, Jackpotjoy, PlayOJO and Sky Vegas lead with free spins, most of them on a named slot. Bet365 is the odd one out with free bets, and Jackpotjoy also gives new players a bingo alternative to its spins.

The studio lists overlap heavily. Pragmatic Play appears in every row that lists studios, and Play'n GO, Evolution and Relax Gaming recur across several of them. Live-dealer studios such as Winfinity and Iconic21 appear only in the Betninja and Wino rows, while Hot Streak and Bet365 are described by game type rather than by studio.

The payment cells differ more than the games do. Apple Pay is common across the rows, and PayPal shows up at Casumo, 7Bet, 32Red and PlayOJO. Wino is the only row with cryptocurrencies, and it also lists bank transfer. Betninja and Bet365 have the shortest payment cells, card brands in one case and a debit card in the other.

Casino by casino

Casumo

Recro Limited runs Casumo and is incorporated in Malta under company number C77858. The Gambling Commission register also carries an older account for Casumo Services Limited, marked Inactive, so the licence number in the table is the one to match. A complaint goes to Casumo's support team by email or live chat first, and Casumo acknowledges it within 24 hours and aims to resolve it within 8 weeks. Its withdrawal conditions are a decision to approve or deny each request within three days and a £3 fee on withdrawals under £10, with no fee on withdrawals over £10. The licence detail sits on the Is Casumo legit? page.

7Bet

Anakatech Interactive Limited, a Malta company with number 61918, operates 7Bet, and the software behind the site comes from Anakatech Limited. The 7Bet domain is listed on that same licence account. Self-exclusion at 7Bet can be brand-specific or licence-wide, and a licence-wide request applies to every brand under the Anakatech Interactive Limited licence. The welcome spins carry wagering requirements of 1x on winnings, a maximum bet of £1.00 during wagering and an expiry of 7 days, and bonus winnings can be cashed out up to £100. More is on the Is 7Bet legit? page.

32Red

Behind 32Red is Platinum Gaming Limited, a Gibraltar company with number 114100, which belongs to the FDJ UNITED group alongside Unibet, bingo.com and Maria Casino. The former 32Red Limited account on the register is marked Inactive, as are trading names such as Roxy Palace and Casino Splendido, so the current licence sits with Platinum Gaming Limited. Decisions on promotions are final, subject to the player's right to use the complaints policy in the standard terms. A withdrawal remains pending on the account for a minimum of 24 hours before it is processed, and e-wallet withdrawals through PayPal, Skrill and Neteller are typically processed the same day. The standard minimum under its withdrawal limits is £5. Further detail is on the Is 32Red legit? page.

Jackpotjoy

Gamesys Operations Limited operates Jackpotjoy and is registered in Gibraltar with company number 103854. Bally's Corporation owns the brand, which has been running since 2002, and Gamesys is part of Bally's. Complaints go to the support team by live chat or email, and verified account holders can escalate to eCOGRA, the approved alternative dispute resolution service. Jackpotjoy typically processes withdrawals within 4 hours and asks players to allow up to 24 hours. The withdrawal limits require a balance above £10 and cap debit card payouts at £25,000 per transaction, and its withdrawal conditions include having no outstanding verification requests. The full check is on the Is Jackpotjoy legit? page.

PlayOJO

PlayOJO launched in 2017 and is operated by Skill on Net Ltd, a Malta company with number C50024. On the register the licence account carries the name Skill On Net Limited, with the trading name playojo listed under it. A complaint goes to customer support in writing first, then to a manager or supervisor who replies within 96 hours, and after that to eCogra, whose ruling is binding. PlayOJO says it processes 95% of withdrawals within minutes, and PayPal withdrawals are described as almost instant. Its withdrawal limits are €5,000 per transaction and €10,000 every 30 days. A fee of €5 applies to withdrawals made without prior real money activity, and Paysafecard and Skrill deposits carry a 5% fee. A self-exclusion can cover only the account it is made on or every account on the licence, as the player chooses. The rest of the check is on the Is PlayOJO legit? page.

Sky Vegas

Sky Vegas is run by Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, company number 124753, which also covers Sky Bet Games, Sky Bingo, Sky Casino and Sky Poker and belongs to the Flutter Entertainment plc group. The Bonne Terre Gaming Limited account on the register carries sky vegas as an active trading name, while the older Bonne Terre Limited account is Inactive. Complaints go to the Customer Care Team by chat, phone or email and can be escalated to a dedicated Complaints team, with an outcome promised within 10 days and up to 8 weeks allowed in some cases. Funds usually leave within 2 hours on the same working day a withdrawal is requested, and the minimum under its withdrawal limits is £10. Readers can go through the whole check on the Is Sky Vegas legit? page.

Betninja

BitzEnt Ltd. holds the Anjouan Gaming licence for Betninja, issued on 22 November 2024 and due to expire on 21 November 2026. A player with a dispute goes to customer service first, then to management, and can then lodge a complaint with the licensing body. Withdrawals are processed as soon as possible, although some payment options take up to five banking days. The withdrawal limits start at a minimum of €/$100 and cap payouts at €/$4,000 a day, €/$16,000 a week and €/$50,000 a month, and no transaction fees are charged. Welcome bonuses carry wagering requirements of 40x, a maximum bet of 5€/$ and an expiry of 30 days. Everything else is covered on the Is Betninja legit? page.

Wino

Softon Ltd holds the Anjouan Gaming licence behind Wino, issued on 7 September 2024 and valid to 6 September 2027, and the same licence entry covers other casino sites. Formal complaints go by email to the address in the terms. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 banking days, which can stretch for payment channels, extra verification or public holidays. The withdrawal limits are a €100 minimum on bank transfer, e-wallet and crypto withdrawals, €1,000 a day and €10,000 a month, and the first withdrawal normally triggers an identity check reviewed within 48 hours. Deposit bonuses carry wagering requirements of 25x per stage with a maximum bet of €2 while a bonus is active. A fuller account is on the Is Wino legit? page.

Hot Streak

Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited holds the Gambling Commission licence for Hot Streak, and its account also carries grace gaming as an active trading name. A complaint that is still unresolved after 8 weeks, or that ends in a final response the player disputes, can go to eCOGRA free of charge. The minimum withdrawal is £10 under its withdrawal limits, and the minimum deposit is £5. Inactive accounts are not charged inactivity fees. A self-exclusion applies across all websites in the same network. Our Is Hot Streak legit? page holds the complete check.

Bet365

Bet365 holds two Gambling Commission licences, one through Hillside (UK Sports) ENC and one through Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC, and the bet365 domain and trading name are active under both accounts. The brand was founded in 2000. A dispute goes to the casino first, and if it is not settled within eight weeks either side can refer it to the adjudication service in the table. Accounts left dormant are charged an administration fee of £2 every 28 days, starting after a minimum of 35 days following the first notice. Look at the Is Bet365 legit? page for the licence detail.

Questions

No. The table records licences, companies, complaints routes and payout terms, and it carries no order of preference.

How often are the checks updated?

An entry is revised whenever a casino changes a term or a correction arrives. The date beside the byline shows the latest revision.

What does a check cover?

Licence, company, complaints route and payout terms, always in that sequence.

Which casinos here hold a Gambling Commission licence?

Casumo, 7Bet, 32Red, Jackpotjoy, PlayOJO, Hot Streak and Bet365 do. Sky Vegas has an active account on the register under Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, and Betninja and Wino hold Anjouan Gaming licences instead.

Which casinos name an independent complaints body?

Casumo, 32Red, Jackpotjoy, PlayOJO and Hot Streak point to eCOGRA. Sky Vegas and Bet365 point to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service.

Do the checks cover bonuses and games?

In part. The comparison table lists studios, welcome offers and payment methods, and the casino sections add bonus terms where a casino sets them out.

Why is a casino not listed here?

A casino is added once its own pages and a licence or register entry can be read and checked. Those still being worked through stay off the list until then.

If you think we are wrong

When a casino changes a term, or a fact on this page is wrong, our team reads the casino's own page or the register again, corrects the entry and updates the date shown beside the byline. Contact details for the team are on the About page, so a correction can reach us there.
