A licensed, properly run casino holds a licence from a gambling regulator, is run by a named company, gives players a complaints route beyond its own support team and states how it pays out. Sky Vegas is run by Bonne Terre Gaming Limited under a Gibraltar remote gambling licence. The sections below take the four checks in turn: licence, company, complaints and payouts.

Licence card

Is Sky Vegas licensed?

Sky Vegas operates under Remote Gambling Licence No. 156, issued by HM Government of Gibraltar. The Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner regulates the licence in respect of all customers, and the Gambling Commission public register shows the licensee with an Active status.

Company card

Who runs Sky Vegas

The same company stands behind Sky Bet Games, Sky Bingo, Sky Casino and Sky Poker. It is registered in England & Wales with its place of business at 4th Floor, 55 Line Wall, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar, and its Gibraltar registration number is 124753.

The casino belongs to the Sky Betting and Gaming family of products, which is part of the Flutter Entertainment plc group of companies. Sky Vegas launched in 2003.

Licence card

The Sky Vegas licence

The Gambling Commission register holds the entry for account 65519, which reads:

Gambling Commission register, account 65519, licence account name Bonne Terre Gaming Limited

The account is entered against both web addresses of the casino, and its trading names are sky bingo, sky casino, sky poker, sky vegas and sky bet games. A second register account, 38718, belongs to Bonne Terre Limited. Its lines cover the same two web addresses and the trading names SkyBet, Sky Casino, Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker, and every one of them is marked Inactive.

This page comes from the team that tests casinos and checks every fact against Sky Vegas's pages before it goes up. The steps for any casino are set out in How we check a casino.

Complaints card

How to complain about Sky Vegas

Follow the route in this order.

  1. Tell the Customer Care Team about the problem by chat, phone or email. The team oversees the handling of your complaint, and its contact details sit in Section 26 of the general terms and conditions.
  2. If you are unhappy with the Customer Care Team's decision, escalate the complaint to the dedicated Complaints team. Be ready to send evidence, because the casino may ask for it to settle the complaint.
  3. If the internal procedure does not resolve it, refer the matter to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).

The outcome of a complaint is to be communicated within 10 days of receipt. In certain cases the casino may extend that response time to up to 8 weeks at its discretion. The right adjudicator depends on the products involved or on the regulator of the product in question, and Sky Vegas will tell you which body to approach if you ask.

Payouts card

Sky Vegas withdrawals and payout terms

When a withdrawal request is actioned, the funds usually leave the casino within 2 hours on the same working day the request was made. That applies only when none of the situations described in section 12.1 of the general terms apply, so those withdrawal conditions are worth reading before you request a payout.

The withdrawal limits set a floor only: the standard minimum withdrawal is £10, or its equivalent in another currency, and the casino may amend that amount from time to time. Sky Vegas makes no charge for withdrawals to debit cards or online payment services. Dormant accounts are covered in the account rules below.

Sky Vegas games and providers

Sky Vegas works with studios including Pragmatic Play, Blueprint Gaming, Play'n Go, NetEnt and Playtech, and with many more. Individual slot pages include Big Bang Bonus: Hold & Win, Blazin' Hot 7s: Big Bonus, Jolly Bonus Wins and Luck O' The Irish Big Bonus.

Jackpot games feature Jackpot King titles, including Bankin' More Bacon Jackpot King, Deal or No Deal The Big Hit Megaways Jackpot King and 7s Deluxe Jackpot King. Sky Vegas Megaways is an exclusive Megaways slot with changing reels, cascading wins and a bonus wheel of potential rewards.

Live casino games are played with live dealers, and play starts from 10p. Classic tables and newer releases are both on offer.

Every spin is decided by a Random Number Generator (RNG), a piece of software that produces random outcomes with no patterns and no memory of previous spins. The RNG is independently tested to ensure fair play.

The minimum deposit is £5, or the equivalent amount in the currency you choose, and it applies to all payment methods. Deposits must be made in the currencies available on the casino from time to time, which currently include British Pounds Sterling and Euros. A deposit is never charged for.

Sky Vegas welcome offer and bonus terms

The new customer offer is 250 free spins. Opt-in is required, and the free spins are valued at 10p per spin. All free spins play on the first eligible game loaded. A €10 deposit and staking requirement must be met within 30 days of registration, and the free spins carry a 7-day expiry.

A second welcome offer is a €10 live bonus. It needs a minimum deposit of €10 and has a 30 day bonus expiry, and the eligible game is Crazy Time. The Live Bonus is non-withdrawable, and no wagering requirements attach to any winnings from it. Customers using Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for this promotion.

Other promotions run alongside the welcome offers. The Prize Machine gives the chance to win up to €1,000 each day you play, with no wagering, and a Free-To-Play Prize Machine allows one spin a day, also with no wagering. A free daily chance to win carries a variable expiry. For The Big Drop Jackpot promotion, any additional stake wagered to take part does not count towards the wagering requirements, and only the base stake counts. A separate promotion offers 50 free spins with no deposit required.

Sky Vegas account rules and identity checks

You must be 18 or over to register. Registration means providing your details and verifying your identity. Sky Betting & Gaming reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any client at any time. Accepted documents include a passport, a driver's licence, a birth certificate or other appropriate proof of address documentation.

You may register only one account, which works across Sky Bet, Sky Casino, Sky Poker, Sky Vegas and Sky Bingo. Sky Vegas does not charge dormant account fees. Financial transactions are protected with industry-standard encryption.

Self-exclusion reaches beyond one site. A self-exclusion made on or after 8 June 2022 across all Sky Betting and Gaming products is replicated on any other account held with Sky Betting and Gaming, Betfair or Paddy Power, provided the account details can be matched. The clause also covers an account matched or registered later. If you think an account was matched wrongly, contact customer service. A separate self-exclusion for each account held with these operators is also recommended.

Sky Vegas customer support and mobile play
